**Responsibilities**
- Own the full program lifecycle including business case development, stakeholder alignment, budget management, and governance framework implementation
- Lead complex technical projects involving coordination across multiple teams
- Manage cross-organizational relationships and stakeholders across various time zones
- Coordinate and integrate timelines across interconnected projects
- Establish and optimize processes that enhance team execution and delivery
- Identify and address risks proactively to avoid impact on delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project progress and schedule changes
- Serve as a strategic consultant addressing business challenges for clients
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of management experience in technical environments with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead complex and ambiguous programs across organizations and multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating mastery of program management capabilities
- Experience managing budgets and governance frameworks
- Competency in risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Strong skills in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in clear, timely communication with stakeholders
- English language proficiency at a professional working level
- Background in managing programs with multiple interconnected projects
