Key Responsibilities
OKRs, KRAs & Performance Management
- Design, implement, and own the company-wide OKR framework (annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles).
- Translate business goals into clear KRAs and KPIs for teams and individuals.
- Drive OKR cadence: goal setting, check-ins, progress tracking, and retrospectives.
- Identify performance gaps and work with stakeholders to course-correct.
- Ensure alignment between leadership goals and on-ground execution.
Process Design & Optimization
- Map existing business processes across functions (Sales, Ops, Finance, HR, etc.).
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in workflows.
- Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
- Drive continuous process improvement using data, automation, and best practices.
