Key Responsibilities

OKRs, KRAs & Performance Management

  • Design, implement, and own the company-wide OKR framework (annual, quarterly, and monthly cycles).
  • Translate business goals into clear KRAs and KPIs for teams and individuals.
  • Drive OKR cadence: goal setting, check-ins, progress tracking, and retrospectives.
  • Identify performance gaps and work with stakeholders to course-correct.
  • Ensure alignment between leadership goals and on-ground execution.

Process Design & Optimization

  • Map existing business processes across functions (Sales, Ops, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in workflows.
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks.
