The Role As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects or multiple related initiatives that are critical to the business. You will own the full project lifecycle and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do Lead large-scale, strategic agile projects or programs consisting of multiple related initiatives Manage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, and budgets Partner with key stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria Provide innovative ideas to improve organizational performance Prototype and iterate on solutions to drive continuous improvement Coach and manage Livingston team members assigned to projects, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and talent recommendations Manage vendor and third-party relationships, including evaluation and performance feedback Ensure project documentation is created, maintained, and up to date Identify opportunities to standardize and improve processes Analyze initiatives to assess impact on projects and Livingston’s client base Stay informed on emerging technologies that may impact projects or the broader organization Provide regular updates and insights to leadership Adhere to established policies, procedures, and governance standards What You Bring Strong bias toward action, cross-functional collaboration, and business agility Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to present to executive leadership, client stakeholders, and peers Demonstrated success leading projects from concept through completion Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence in matrixed and remote environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies and the ability to apply the most appropriate approach Experience Minimum of 3 years of related program or project management experience Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred: Master’s degree or equivalent Why Join Us?
