Senior Program Manager / Program Manager (Oil & Gas)

The Senior / Program Manager will be fully seconded to the client's office in Melbourne. Then role is responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives. Managing a team that facilitates medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs and the associated team.

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Oversee large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
