About the Role

onsemi is hiring a Program Manager to drive new product development efficiency and productivity improvement through process flow, gate reviews, and metrics for the Advanced Power Division (APD).

Role is critical and has high visibility in the division to enhance project selection, resource utilization, and efficiency in project execution to achieve business objectives. The individual will have the opportunity to learn new and excited technologies in Electrified Vehicle and other power modules and discrete. This individual reports to the senior director of new products and test development in the division.
