Overview

Lightspeed is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Talent & Capability. In this role, you will be the internal expert for our core talent processes, defining the strategy for talent management practices—including the company-wide quarterly goal-setting process, performance management, talent reviews, talent planning, promotions, and internal moves—as well as organizational design.

You will lead cross‑functional programs and projects across Compensation, People Business Partners, Talent Systems and Insights, and People Operations to drive People & Culture initiatives that directly influence employee performance, internal mobility, and organizational planning across Lightspeed.
