Job Description
Lead cross functional initiatives to decommission the legacy system, implement new Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) functionalities, and deliver user-requested business enhancements within the Red Hat Sales Cloud (RHSC) and Salesforce CRM (Customer Resource Management) platform.
*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.
What You Will Do:
Drive the end-to-end program management of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) requirements including implementation, migration, and user enablement.
Manage the design and delivery of customized workflows, approval matrixes, and price rule configurations aligned with regional and business specific requirements.
Manage global project tracking using Jira and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Analyze and improve system performance by introducing automation.
