Overview

Summary of This Role Lead large, complex programs across merchant portfolio acquisitions, company acquisitions, post–M&A integrations, platform integrations, transformation initiatives, and organizational change. Define the problem, scope, and delivery approach across full programs or assigned workstreams. Develop solution specifications and document current-state and future-state operating and platform models. Build and manage program plans (resources, budget, timeline, milestones), establish governance and decision-making structures, and drive execution through implementation, production/BAU handoff, and outcome evaluation. Partner across a matrixed organization to structure work, monitor progress, and provide direction to project teams.
