Senior Program Manager, Viewer Platform

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead two strategic pillars within the Viewer Platform Organization:

Viewer Brain Program Leadership – You will orchestrate the company-wide initiative to unify Roku’s AI/ML-powered products and technology stacks. This includes aligning multiple product, design, and engineering teams, establishing shared milestones, and ensuring technical and strategic coherence across personalization, Search, Voice, and content understanding systems.

Process Excellence & Product Operations Enablement – You’ll drive operational rigor across Viewer Platform product areas — developing more innovative tools, templates, and rhythms for planning, roadmapping, and delivery. You’ll help Product Leaders scale efficiently, measure success consistently, and improve cross-functional velocity for significant, high-impact feature launches.
