Join Our Growing Team! We are excited to invite a talented Supply Chain Architect to become part of our innovative team at Oracle. In this pivotal role, you will have the unique opportunity to significantly influence our supply chain operations during a period of rapid cloud growth. You will work to expand our supplier base, launch new GPU and traditional hardware products, and enhance our internal policies, processes, and tools to support business growth. As a Supply Chain Architect, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of 4-5 professionals guided by an experienced supply chain director. Our team members bring a blend of strong general program and project management skills along with specialized expertise in various areas. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data, create concise proposals, and present recommendations to all stakeholders to secure support. Present plans for Executive VP review on essential supply chain topics. Take ownership of the implementation process post-approval, providing daily updates and ensuring timely execution. Exhibit resilience and the ability to constructively handle feedback. Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to partner with various supply chain, engineering, and cloud operation teams to define requirements and design solutions. Lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes even without direct reports. Qualifications: Generalist Skills (Required): Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud hardware supply chain management, procurement, or solutions architecture, demonstrating a strong track record of process improvement. Solid experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytical tools. Adept in leading cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder management skills. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred certifications include APICS CSCP or CPIM and Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification. Preferred experience in program/project management using methodologies like PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma (CSSBB). Experience in data analytics, automation, and AI-driven supply chain solutions is a plus. Specialized Skills (You must have at least one of the following): 1: Product Management, Manufacturing Engineering, and Factory Operations Extensive knowledge of factory operations, including production line management and engineering processes. Management of hardware roadmaps, BOM, and Change Management. Hands-on experience in hardware product lifecycle management from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL). Experience in factory bring-up, qualification, and production transfers. Understanding of tooling and asset management. 2: General Supply Chain, Planning, Fulfillment & Logistics within a Cloud Hardware Business Expertise in supply chain management, S&OP, demand/supply planning, and materials management. Experience in transition planning for hardware roadmaps. Skilled in supplier negotiation and management. Knowledge of trade compliance and safety regulations. 3: Data Center Management, Operations, Planning Experience in deploying hardware for data center operations including network infrastructure and power systems. Competent in capacity and demand planning. This role is remote but requires travel (up to 25%) to factories and labs for hands-on knowledge gathering and operational direction.
