Senior Program Manager

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide high-level program management, governance support, and executive reporting for operational initiatives across the U.S. Secret Service (USSS). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in program oversight, cross-functional leadership, federal governance frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership of Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), development of governance structures, and delivery of executive-level communication products.



Program Governance & Process Development:

• Develop robust processes for reconciling operational tracking across six (6) IPTs within USSS.
