The AMER Security & Loss Prevention Field (SLP) Team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of world-class security and loss prevention solutions for its newly emerging Quick Commerce (Amazon Now) business unit throughout the AMER region. Reporting to the field organizational leader for AMER S&LP, this role will serve as the subject matter expert for launching Amazon Now sites, establishing all S&LP programs from inception, and acting as the primary liaison between Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) solution & services teams (e.g., E2ESC Solutions, Secured Services, Physical Security, Operational Excellence & Risk Management, Risk & Resilience, technology partners, Field Investigations), S&LP field teams, and operations.
