Senior Program Specialist, Governance

Job Summary 

The overall purpose of this position is to support the timely and effective work of the IEEE Corporate Governance team, a highly visible department that supports the IEEE Board of Directors (IEEE Board) and GIEEE Board as applicable, various Committees of volunteer leaders, and related processes. This individual will also assist, guide, and advise on the work of multiple organizational units, recommending revisions to various documents on behalf of and in collaboration with the Governance Committee. This will ensure that the units' documentation reflects IEEE's Constitution, Bylaws, and adopted policies, and that it is legally compliant.
