An opportunity has arisen in the West Midlands Cancer Alliance for a Senior Programme Manager - Operational and Quality Improvement to join this dynamic, high profile and busy team on a permanent basis to lead the performance and quality improvement work across provider organisations. The Senior Programme Manager will provide professional expertise to lead and enable delivery of the Midlands Cancer Alliance improvement programme; overseeing projects that contribute to operational performance and pathway improvement that result in improved outcomes for patients. With proven senior operational experience in cancer services, key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day programme and project delivery, to drive up operational performance against the constitutional Cancer Waiting Time standards and in line with the Quality agenda.
