Job Description: Team Lead for AV Field Operations


+ Role Overview: Lead and oversee AV field projects, ensuring smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with clients and teams to deliver quality AV solutions.

+ Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise AV field technicians and manage daily assignments.

+ Ensure timely setup, configuration, and testing of AV systems.

+ Coordinate with clients for on-site requirements and feedback.

+ Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.

+ Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues.



+ Requirements: Proven experience in AV operations, team management skills, and technical expertise with AV equipment and software. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Required Certifications:

+ CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)

+ AVIXA Certification (Preferred)

+ Crestron/Extron/AMX Programming Certifications (Optional but beneficial)


Experience:
5+ years in AV installation or fieldwork, with leadership experience preferred.
