Senior Project Accountant

Dream is looking for a Senior Project Accountant to take charge of the full accounting cycle and ad‑hoc projects for several of our diverse and exciting Western Canada development projects and investment properties.

About You

We’re looking for someone passionate, dedicated, highly analytical, and people‑oriented with over 2+ years of real estate accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process cash calls, assist in cash flow analysis, record and reconcile project capital to ensure sufficient project liquidity, and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Perform monthly calculations, reconciliations and recording of revenues, various fees, interest and commissions for each project.
• Record journal entries, maintain and reconcile general ledger, job cost and other JDE reports.
