Senior Project Accountant

Position Overview

Reporting to the Manager of Capital Accounting, the Senior Project Accountant is responsible for the creation and maintenance of financial and progress reporting including income statements, balance sheets, and other ad hoc reports used by both internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent reviews budgets and prepares financial reporting and forecasting for various users, including project managers, Shared Health leadership, as well as to our external funders. The incumbent will work closely with the project management team in order to formulate cashflow need projections, accurate financial information, and complete accounting project statements. This will include working with project managers and external consultants to estimate progress and establish accruals in advance of invoice receipt.
