Position Summary

The Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the project management team, ensuring the efficient execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role is critical in maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting financial and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist the project management team with project scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and other communications to stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and financial tracking in collaboration with the accounting team.
