The Project Administrator – Pre-Construction supports the preconstruction and estimating teams by coordinating administrative, technical, and documentation-related functions throughout the pursuit and pre-award phases of construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of estimating workflows, subcontractor coordination, trade scopes of work, proposal development, and database management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple concurrent pursuits while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
