Senior Project Architect

Position Name: Senior Manager / Manager - Projects Design

Total Experience: 9 to 12 years

Job Location: Devyani International Ltd, Sector 35, Gurgaon

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented F&B/ Retail Architect to plan, design, and manage Restaurant spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand requirements. The candidate has a strong design sense, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating Preliminary Plans & Elevations & GFC’s ensuring Brand Compliance.

- Manage Performance & guiding Team members on expected Drawing Deliverables.

- Site Visits to do measurements and understand if available site is technically fit as per brand guidelines.

- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulations

- Oversee site execution to ensure design intent is maintained

- Manage Design within the defined timelines considering revisions, feedback and Capex.

- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and industry innovations

- Maintain database of all the ongoing & upcoming Projects as per defined Standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or related field

- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max,)

- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Knowledge of project costing and vendor management

- Basic understanding of MEP and construction drawings
