Senior Project Controls Engineer

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Controls Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will get to work on both project controls functions and community annual budgets and forecasts, supporting effective planning, monitoring and reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Role

  • Assist the PM and take the lead in preparing the community annual budgets and forecasts (service charges, insurances, CAPEX, OPEX).

  • Prepare the yearly community charge budget schedule, invoices to plot owners, and invoice status reports.

  • Assist the Client in following up on payments, as required.

  • Identify and report variances between budget and actuals on an annual basis.
