Senior project coordinator / Engineer - Tier one National leader 

Design and Build are exclusively partnered with an Australian building leader to source a senior project coordinator for a $400m CBD commercial tower. 

Our client have a pipeline of work stretching to 2025, spanning apartments, hospitals, aged care, commercial, education and defence. 

Throughout a career with this builder, you can gain exposure to any of the above sectors and not be pigeon holed in to one sector. 

You will also have a structured career plan to get you to the role on PM upon completion of of during this project. 

Responsibilities 
  • Plan and coordinate design changes with client architects and subcontractors. 
  • Manage the program / scope of works/ update financials 
  • Supervise / advise subcontractors
  • Coordinate materials/suppliers and hire equipment
