Responsibilities




  • Coordinate buildingconstruction with consultants and sub-contractors

  • Gatherresources and collaborate with team and subcontractors to deliverprojects according to plan

  • Work closely with ProjectManager in daily duties of a project’s administration

  • Monitor field and contract work so as to ensure compliance withcontracts requirement

  • Assist in monitoring andcoordinating progress of construction and ensure all of them are onschedule

  • Resolving cross-functional issues at projectlevel

  • Liaise with subcontractors in expediting designs andrelevant information

  • Perform additional assignments andresponsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 8 years site experience in building construction
