Job Description

Our large, enterprise Oil & Gas client is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support OT and IT cybersecurity project deliverables.

This is an initial contract to the end of Dec with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be agreeable to working full-time onsite (5 days/week) downtown Calgary.

Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years experience as an IT Project Coordinator supporting multiple concurrent projects
  • Recent experience supporting Cybersecurity projects, ideally OT specific projects
  • Experience working with and managing cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and vendors
  • Exposure or experience to working with Power BI for data management, reporting, and tracking
