Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee internal and external project cost status reporting.
- Ensure accurate and consistent cost tracking across the project portfolio.
- Manage accruals, forecasts, cash flow inputs, and invoice handling.
- Develop and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Handle project changes with cost impact and contribute to baseline updates.
- Identify, analyze, and track cost changes versus sanctioned budgets.
- Correlate cost data with schedules and productivity, investigate variances, and propose mitigating actions.
- Provide general Project Management support.
Required Expertise
- Proven experience in cost engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
