Job Description

An established European infrastructure developer is seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to support the growth of its data centre portfolio in Spain, with a primary focus on the Madrid region.

This is a senior-level role offering responsibility for the full development lifecycle of large-scale, low-carbon data centre projects, from site origination and land acquisition through planning, grid connections, and delivery readiness.

The Role

You will lead multiple high-value development projects, working closely with internal technical, commercial, and finance teams, as well as external stakeholders including landowners, municipalities, network operators, and consultants. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to wider development strategy.
