Harry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct a search for experienced engineering professionals to work on high profile projects throughout Western Australia.

We are looking for Structural, Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineers to work on NPI / Camp expansion, bulk earthworks and road construction, wind farms and mining infrastructure projects.

Our client has a long pipeline of ongoing works and is offering direct full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site execution of SMP, Civil, or Electrical scopes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain progress against schedule and budget across NPI and infrastructure projects
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure technical integrity and safe delivery of bulk earthworks and structural packages
• Manage project documentation, including ITPs, RFIs, progress reports, and commissioning records, in alignment with client and regulatory expectations
• Support construction planning and sequencing, identifying opportunities to optimise resources, reduce delays, and improve delivery outcomes
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site personnel to resolve technical queries and ensure alignment on scope and design intent
• Lead or contribute to project engineering reviews, design validation, and handover processes for renewable energy and mining infrastructure assets
• Champion safety culture and continuous improvement across site operations, ensuring compliance with WHS policies and fostering team accountability

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Engineering in FIFO environments.
• Proven experience with relevant scopes of work.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and environmental standards, with strong contractor side experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Rio, BHP, FMG inductions are advantageous.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Valid driver's license, full working rights and national police clearance.
