Senior Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager – Remediation & Demolition

The Opportunity

Join a growth-focused demolition & remediation contractor delivering early works and contamination projects ($200k–$4M). You’ll run multiple jobs, drive safety and commercial outcomes, and work with hands-on leadership in a flexible, balanced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver demolition/remediation projects end-to-end (program, cost, HSEQ).

• Read and interpret Remediation Action Plans (RAPs) and civil drawings.

• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and stakeholder communication.

• Prepare contractual notices, progress claims, and monthly financials.

• Lead site teams; drive risk management and continuous improvement.

You Bring

• 5–7+ years in demolition/remediation/early works.

• Proven multi-project delivery and strong commercial acumen.

• Confident, firm-but-fair leadership style.

• Competence with contamination management and RAPs.

• Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
