**About the role**
Based in our **Perth CBD office** , this opportunity is ideal for an experienced **Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager** to join our Project Management team, supporting **mining sustaining capital projects** .
This role suits someone with strong technical foundations who is either already operating at Project Manager level or is a Senior Project Engineer ready to step into a broader delivery role.Manage the delivery of the scope, project tasks, deliverables, budget, and schedule.
Reporting to the Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for:
+ Managing the delivery of project scope, tasks, deliverables, budget, and schedule
+ Controlling project expenditure, including review and verification of invoices and subcontractor claims
+ Managing key project registers including Change, Risk, TQs and SID/HAZID/HAZOP
+ Supporting client and stakeholder engagement across sustaining capital work programs
+ Demonstrating a strong desire to grow into (or continue operating in) a Project Manager role
+ Previous experience on **sustaining capital (“Sus Cap”) projects** is highly regarded

**Qualifications**
Successful candidates will need to possess:
+ **8 years’ experience** in an engineering or project delivery environment (preferably Mechanical)
+ Experience in **mining or minerals processing projects** , including pumping, piping, and materials handling systems
+ Exposure to multiple commodities (e.g. iron ore, battery minerals)
+ Strong coordination skills across engineering disciplines, contractors, and clients
**Primary Location** : Australia-Western Australia-Perth
