Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution from drawing stage, fabrication, delivery to site
- Coordinate with drafters, factory team, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Identify potential delays or issues early and propose solutions
Technical Coordination
- Review and check structural and fabrication drawings before release
- Ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements and site conditions
- Coordinate drawing revisions and clarifications with drafters and engineers
- Highlight discrepancies or technical risks to management promptly
- Monitor project scope changes and identify cost or time impact
- Assist in controlling project costs and preventing unnecessary losses
- Escalate risks, variations, or issues before they become critical
- Coordinate delivery schedules and site requirements
