Project Engineer (Project Management and Development)

Draft and engineer contracted and presales projects as assigned. Prepare equipment requirements for projects and collaborate with other key personnel to ensure project requirements are met. Apply Technical Skills to deliver designs that align with EFCO's QUALITY standards.

Responsibilities

  • Structural Analysis and Engineering Assurance (30%) : Ensure safe use of equipment by performing structural analysis of formwork and shoring. Compile calculations for engineering Assurance review and approval.
  • Engineering and Drafting Management (20%) : Manage the engineering and drafting of presales and contracted projects as assigned. Plan, conduct, and supervise assignments, review progress, and evaluate results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required with FE (EIT certification on international equivalent if available) preferred.
  • 2 years minimum of professional or construction experience required.
  • Proficient with Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and structural software.
  • Problem solving, organizational skills, and PC proficiency a plus.
  • Some travel is necessary.
