Overview

Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance for an Offshore Client, based at Client Office (HQ) in Abu Dhabi.

We are actively seeking to fill a PMC role for a Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing & Financial Tracking
• Track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status with PMC consultant and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with invoicing procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile invoice registers, highlighting delays, mismatches, or overdue payments.
• Coordinate with Projects Control Team, Contracts, and Project Managers to clear invoice bottlenecks.
• Report any delay / red flags to Manager VAP & Estimation on a weekly basis.
• Staffing Plan & Resource Management
• Develop and maintain the staffing plan, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans.
