Senior Project Executive | Commercial Interiors & Exhibitions
Studio Mojo is a Singapore-based spatial design consultancy. We work across commercial interiors, gallery exhibitions, events, and interactive content for clients including government agencies and MNCs.
The Role You'll support our Project Manager in managing projects from tender to handover - coordinating timelines, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and keeping clients informed. A mix of office fit-outs, gallery installations, and exhibition builds.
You'd be a good fit if you:
Have 3-5 years in commercial ID, exhibitions, or events
Can manage multiple projects and contractors without hand-holding
Communicate clearly with clients and vendors
Take initiative but work well within a team
Are organized, dependable, and don't need chasing
Nice to have:
Experience with content or AV coordination
Familiarity with tender documentation
