Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage event and exhibition projects from costing, scheduling, construction, installation to completion.
- Prepare project budget and BOQ (breakdown of quantity)
- Brief suppliers on design specifications of projects.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure fabrication by suppliers are done according to design specifications.
- Monitor work progress on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma education with relation to exhibitions or construction management.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in interior construction or events management.
- Good communication skills and meticulous.
- A team player and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Those with more experience will be considered for a higher position.
