Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage event and exhibition projects from costing, scheduling, construction, installation to completion.
  • Prepare project budget and BOQ (breakdown of quantity)
  • Brief suppliers on design specifications of projects.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure fabrication by suppliers are done according to design specifications.
  • Monitor work progress on site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma education with relation to exhibitions or construction management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in interior construction or events management.
  • Good communication skills and meticulous.
  • A team player and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Those with more experience will be considered for a higher position.
