Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute drilling and exploration programs
- Geological logging, sampling and interpretation
- Target generation and geological modelling
- Supervise and mentor junior geologists and field staff
- Manage contractors and site operations
- Ensure QA/QC compliance and data integrity
- Prepare technical reports and management updates
- Maintain high HSE and regulatory standards
