Senior Project Information Engineer

Overview

Senior Project Information Engineer (Information Management) at SBM Offshore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be assigned to large and complex projects to manage the asset information and data flow across all EPC stages, reporting to the Project Information Manager on the project.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Project Information Manager to review client information management requirements and prepare information and data specifications for the project setup.
• Coordinate with the information management system specialist to ensure the Project Database and Tools are set up according to project requirements.
• Coordinate and advise Engineering, Supply Chain / Vendors & Suppliers, Completion and Quality teams to ensure data requirements are understood and complied with.
• Interpret reports for data ingestion quality, consistency, compliance and completeness.
