Job Description

Glencore’s McArthur River Mine (MRM) is one of the world’s largest zinc–lead mines with a strong future ahead. Located in the Gulf of Carpentaria, 900 km southeast of Darwin and 64 km from Borroloola, we produce and process zinc, lead and silver from our open cut operation. These essential commodities are then exported worldwide, supporting mobility, infrastructure, and communications.

Safety is the focal point to the success of MRM. Everyone at MRM is responsible for contributing to the operational disciplines that ensure we are all safe - this is critical in our day-to-day work.

Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Project Lead to lead and deliver key capital and operational projects across our operations. This is a critical role ensuring projects are scoped, planned, and executed safely, on time, and within budget—supporting the long‑term success of MRM.
