DMI is seeking a **Senior Project Leader**to join us. This position is located in Monterrey, Mexico.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Design and optimize database structures and queries using SQL Server, CosmosDB, or similar technologies
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality across the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
Qualifications:
**Required and Desired Skills/Certifications**:
- 10+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Angular and.NET technologies
- Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework
- Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 16+, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
