Functieomschrijving

Oversees the execution and completion of technology solutions projects in the professional services arena. 

Includes the following:

- PMLs are assigned to a specific GTM and accountable for the delivery of projects within that GTM (regardless of who the PMs line manager is) in accordance to agreed / accepted project delivery process and standards (e.g. Primer, Agile)

- Management of project escalations during the execution of projects

- Requires a solid understanding of the GTM products that the projects relate to



Manages people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
Includes the following aspects:

(1) Line management of project managers in terms of:

- Career planning

- Project performance reviews

- Living of Dimension Data values

- Team administration

- Training
