The Senior Project Management officer is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and driving the organization’s project governance framework, ensuring all projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
This role oversees portfolio management, resource allocation, and benefits realization while enforcing standardized methodologies, tools, and best practices across the enterprise.
The Senior Project Management officer provides delivery assurance, monitors risks, and ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
They act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decisions through transparent reporting and analytics.
