**Capital Projects Leader**

About this role

This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of a portfolio of capital projects across multiple manufacturing plants in Mexico, ensuring delivery of value-added engineering solutions that enhance production capacity, asset integrity, efficiency, safety, sustainability and circularity.

Main responsibilities

• Manage a team of approximately 10 engineers to oversee the full project lifecycles utilizing PMI project management methodology to maintain HSE, cost, schedules and quality;
• Demonstrate strong command of PMI project management methodologies with strong cost and schedule control;

The successful candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent;
• PMI Certification or equivalent professional certification;
