Senior Project Manager

Requisition ID: 32033- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is seeking a Senior Project Manager to Lead and manage cross functional cost down development team from business proposal and until products are introduced in the market with focus on business impact and fast completion meeting quality and cost.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Organise, lead and motivate cost down project teams of 5-10 persons
- Create clear and attainable project objectives based on business case
- Facilitate teamwork and cross functional mindset with use of agile / scrum approaches.
- Work with stretch targets, encourage and coach team members
- Manage time, cost and quality according to business case
- Prepare and maintain project schedules with focus on time completion of new product development.
