The role
focuses on managing schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and benefits, while ensuring alignment with ASIC frameworks and driving strong stakeholder engagement and change management.
More specifically, you will:
Lead strategic project initiatives within the RegistryConnect program, applying both project management and technical expertise.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal IT, ASIC stakeholders, and external partners.Ensure compliance with ASIC's PRINCE2-based Project Management Methodology and System Development Methodology (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).Drive workstream delivery against KPIs including time, budget, scope, quality, risk, and benefits.Provide clear and timely reporting to program boards, sponsors, and stakeholders.Accurately forecast and track project expenditure.Manage workstreams using appropriate tools and escalate risks p...
