Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value concrete and structural packages across a diverse portfolio of major projects. This is a hands-on, site-based FIFO role , suited to a strong leader who thrives in technically challenging environments and enjoys being close to the work. The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will take full ownership of structural scopes, including in-situ concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and associated civil works. This is a leadership role where visibility on site, decisive decision-making, and strong stakeholder management are critical.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery of complex concrete and structural packages
  • Leading and mentoring a skilled site and project team
  • Program, cost, and risk management across multiple work fronts
  • Coordination with design, engineering, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Driving safety, quality, and productivity outcomes on site
  • Ensuring works are delivered to program and budget in challenging environments

About You

You are a proven Senior Project Manager OR Project Manager with deep experience delivering structural concrete works.

You Will Bring

  • Strong background in complex in-situ concrete and structural packages
  • Experience across renewables, civil and infrastructure projects
  • FIFO project experience and comfort in site-led environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in demanding conditions
