About the role

As Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, multi-storey modular residential developments, overseeing projects valued between $20–30 million . You will provide strong leadership across design, factory production, and site delivery, while managing multiple projects concurrently.

This role is suited to a Project Manager who understands the technical, regulatory, and buildability challenges of modular multi-residential construction and can proactively resolve issues before they impact program or cost.
