Azure Governance & Security – Deep understanding of cloud governance, security controls, and compliance frameworks in Azure.

Project Management – Strong experience managing large-scale IT or cloud projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership – Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Cloud Compliance & Best Practices – Ensuring adherence to industry standards, policies, and best practices for secure cloud operations.


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team onsite in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure governance and security practices, managing complex cloud projects and ensuring adherence to best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Azure governance and security initiatives across projects.

Define, implement, and enforce cloud security policies, controls, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with organizational security and governance requirements.

Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to Azure best practices.


Qualifications:

Minimum years of professional experience, with a strong focus on cloud governance and security, preferably in Azure.

Proven experience in project management for large-scale IT or cloud initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Azure governance, security controls, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
