Senior Project Manager - Building Services

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager to lead our team in delivering complex projects. As the key person in charge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project delivery meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• BUILD AND SUSTAIN EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH ENGINEERS DESIGN TEAMS SUBCONTRACTORS SUPPLIERS INSPECTORS AND CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES TO ENSURE PROJECT OBJECTIVES ARE MET FROM COMMENCEMENT THROUGH COMPLETION.


• Demonstrate thorough understanding of all contractual documentation including main contract drawings specifications relevant codes and standards.


• LEAD MANAGE DEVELOP MEP PERSONNEL CONTRIBUTING TO PERFORMANCE REVIEWS AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH.
