In this role, you’ll work closely with our enablement partners to reimagine how our technicians process sales, support customers and meet our ambitious business outcomes. Based on a strong understanding of our current field team operations and challenges, you’ll prioritize system changes that align to an end-to-end Future Mode of Operations, balancing business, customer and technician outcomes.
