Senior Project Manager

Reports to: ADO Associate Director of Operations

Salary Range: $3500 - $5000

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects across branding, digital, social, and content. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy, account management, and production teams to deliver outstanding work on time, within scope, and against client goals.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can confidently manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholders.

A significant part of this role involves managing complex brand ecosystems, including large-scale rebrand rollouts and the ongoing production of high volumes of branded collateral across global locations.
