Overview

The Project Delivery Specialist plays a key role in enabling structured reporting, transparent governance, and strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring the program delivers measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, service delivery, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordination & Team Support: Support the Senior Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day activities across the Core and Listings Project teams resources including business analysts, developers, change managers, etc.
• Support the facilitation of agile ceremonies and project workshops, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and discovery sessions.
• Ensure cross-team dependencies, risks, and priorities are understood and escalated appropriately.
• Scheduling & Delivery Tracking: Support the build and maintenance of the project schedule in MS Project, mapping milestones, dependencies, and resourcing.
